CELLADOR Parts Ways With Bassist, Seeks Replacement

January 20, 2007

Nebraska-based extreme power metallers CELLADOR have parted ways with bass player Val Rakhmanov.

"The split was in no way in bad terms," says guitarist Bill Hudson. "Val is still one of my best friends and I intend to help him in any way I can with his future projects. No shows will be cancelled, and we are already holding auditions in order to find a replacement. We'll have a temporary fill in for the upcoming dates, which will include a show with UNEARTH in our hometown followed by a two-week tour supporting ALL THAT REMAINS, which will begin on February 10. After we're back, we'll resume the auditions and hopefully will be able to announce a replacement for Val."

If you think you have what it takes to be the bassist in CELLADOR, visit www.cellador.com for more information.

CELLADOR's "Enter Deception" album was released in June via Metal Blade. The CD was recorded at Mana Studios in Tampa, Florida with producer Erik Rutan (MORBID ANGEL, HATE ETERNAL).
